Access to a well-equipped kitchen and the convenience of a self-service breakfast made our stay enjoyable. The proximity to Croxteth Park added a lovely outdoor escape.

It was just a great fit for a city trip in Liverpool with excellent value for money. The self-service kitchen was handy for making quick meals, which was a nice touch. Bring your own food, as the breakfast selection is quite limited.

Absolutely not a luxurious experience, I expected a welcoming gesture for what I paid. The fire alarm bleeped all night, how charming! the bathroom situation was less than ideal, as I shared it with too many guests. I thought I'd finally have a nice stay, but I just couldn’t bring myself to recommend it.

Can't recommend highly enough for a lightning trip
Cozy room, welcoming hosts, with great access to a lovely garden that provides a peaceful environment, while the convenient off-site car park made it easy to explore the city.
Everything was flawless.

The spacious garden area is a great spot for some fresh air and relaxation, especially after the hustle of the day. Plus, the self-service kitchen offers convenient access to basic supplies to whip up a quick snack or breakfast when you feel like it.
The noise levels were a real issue with other guests coming and going late at night, making sleep difficult. The shared bathroom facilities left something to be desired. cleanliness wasn't consistent, and there was a lack of basic amenities like mirrors and adequate water pressure. The room, while decently sized, had its own quirks, like dusty surfaces and missing bedside lamps, making it feel less inviting. You’re also pretty far from the city center, and without a car, you might find yourself feeling a bit stranded. it certainly wasn't the smoothest stay I've experienced.
